Shipping & Delivery Support
Due to the size and fragile glass or crystal components of lighting products, some orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages.
Lighting fixtures equipped with crystal or glass decorations may arrive in separate cartons for the main lamp frame and body, crystal and glass decorative components, mounting hardware, and installation accessories.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If any package is damaged, missing, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery for prompt support.
