Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

This policy outlines our official procedures for returns, refunds, product exchanges, order cancellations, damaged parcel resolutions, and all product-related issues for every order placed through our online store.

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility
You may submit a return, refund, or exchange request within 30 calendar days after your package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier. To qualify for approved return processing, all returned lighting items must meet the following conditions:
Completely unused and unassembled, with no installation traces
Free of scratches, dents, stains, glass/crystal cracks, damage, or unauthorized self-modification
Returned in full original packaging with all factory protective fillers and cartons
Complete with all lamp bodies, crystal/glass decorations, mounting hardware, wires, bulbs, and user manuals
Preserved in resalable, brand-new condition
Any returns sent without prior written authorization from our support team will be automatically rejected.
2. Valid Return Reasons
Return requests are accepted for the following legitimate reasons:
Lighting products arrived damaged during transit
Confirmed factory defects, circuit flaws or structural imperfections
Incorrect lamp style, color, size, or quantity shipped by our warehouse
Physical product differs substantially from website descriptions and images
Order cancellation approved before warehouse dispatch
Personal change of mind, subject to all official return eligibility rules
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We reserve the right to decline return requests or issue only partial refunds under the following circumstances:
Return application submitted more than 30 calendar days after delivery
Products have been assembled, wall-mounted, wired, drilled, altered, or structurally modified
Missing original boxes, installation guides, bulbs, hardware, or decorative crystal/glass accessories
Damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper wall installation, or wrong wiring operation
Damage from rough handling, physical impact, water exposure, or improper use
Minor texture or tone variations inherent to handmade craftsmanship and mass production
Slight color and luminous difference caused by device screen display or ambient light variations
4. Product Craftsmanship Notice
Our wall sconces, crystal wall lamps, vanity light fixtures, bedside lamps, and outdoor decorative lights feature premium glass, crystal ornaments, metal plating, brushed metal surfaces, and hand-assembled components. Minor natural inconsistencies listed below are normal craft characteristics and do not qualify as manufacturing defects:
Slight texture variations on glass and lamp shade surfaces
Minor alignment differences on crystal decorative components
Tone variations in metal finishing and plating
Unique brushed metal grain patterns and hand-finished surface unevenness
Most lighting fixtures require basic self-assembly upon arrival, including installation of crystal decor, lamp shades, brackets, and accessories.
5. Damaged or Defective Merchandise Resolution
If your lighting items arrive broken, defective, incomplete, or damaged, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days after delivery. To expedite resolution, please provide your order number, a detailed problem description, clear photos of the damaged product, outer shipping carton, shipping label, and close-up images of broken or missing components.
After official review, we offer the following resolution options: free replacement parts, full product replacement, partial refund, full order refund, or pre-paid return shipping labels for qualified cases.
6. Assembly & Installation Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying product sizing, space compatibility, wall structure stability, and circuit safety before purchase. We strongly recommend professional electrician installation for all wall-mounted light fixtures.
Any damage, defects, or usability issues caused by incorrect assembly, improper wall mounting, wrong wiring, unauthorized structural modification, or overload use are not covered by our return and refund policy.
7. Return Shipping Fee Responsibility
Our Liability: We cover all return and replacement shipping fees for issues caused by our warehouse errors, confirmed factory defects, or verified in-transit damage.
Customer Liability: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for personal preference returns, including style dissatisfaction, size mismatch, or buyer’s remorse. Most fragile lighting items with glass and crystal components require special packaging, resulting in higher return shipping rates.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Once our warehouse receives, inspects, and verifies your returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution’s processing schedule, refunds may take an additional 7–15 business days to reflect in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our verified error.
9. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your light fixture for a different color, size, or model, contact our support team to verify stock availability. All exchanges are subject to current inventory levels.
Preference-based exchanges due to buyer’s remorse will be processed as a full return, followed by a new separate order. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
10. Order Cancellation Rules
Full order cancellation with a complete refund is permitted before warehouse packing, processing, or carrier handover begins. Once order preparation has started, cancellations are no longer available, and standard return policy terms will apply.
11. Delivery Delay Disclaimer
All estimated delivery times are non-guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, holiday season logistics backlogs, carrier operational interruptions, standard carrier clearance procedures, or recipient address verification delays.
12. Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
Customers must submit accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses will require additional reshipping fees for re-delivery.
13. Lost or Undelivered Parcel Guidance
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please complete the following checks: inspect mailboxes, porches, and exterior delivery zones; consult apartment management or front desk staff; verify with household members and neighbors; and contact your local carrier branch for onsite confirmation.
If the package remains unlocatable after all checks, contact our support team to initiate an official shipping investigation.
